Simplifying Transactions

  • KeebsForAll releases funds to sellers after verifying product condition upon arrival at the KFA warehouse.
  • Sellers enjoy faster sales and minimal effort on their end.
  • Buyers must report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping and Refunds

  • Please expect 2-3 weeks for shipping as we process items received from sellers.
  • Due to the nature of products, returns and refunds are not available.
  • From January 1st, 2023, cancellations on Marketplace Products will not be accepted.

Important Purchasing Information

  • Buyers have 48 hours upon delivery to report damages or defects.
  • A 6.5% fee is added automatically for the buyers, and sellers will be charged a 6.5% + $1 Marketplace Fee.
  • Buyers are responsible for credit card processing fees, and shipping fees.
  • Sellers are responsible for the shipping fees.
