Buying a used keyboard on KFA Marketplace works differently from buying on Reddit or Discord. After you order, the seller ships the board to the KFA warehouse first, where the team checks it against the listing, tests the PCB, and confirms every key registers before it ships on to you. If a board fails inspection, you get a full refund, and if a PCB arrives dead you have seven days to send proof for a full refund. Inspection photos and videos are posted publicly with each order number. Most boards here come from group buys by TGR, Keycult, Geonworks, Owlab, Mode, and other makers that never restocked, listed as barebones kits or fully built, from B-stock to like-new. Sold listings keep their final price, so you can see what a board actually goes for.
